In the late 80s, his love of Disco music and the fact that he co-owned one of the South’s most influential record stores, Jon became one of the busiest DJs of the new genre of dance music which is now internationally known as House and is also known to have been involved in helping launch the careers of DJs like Brandon Block, Dean Thatcher, Rocky & Diesel and many more.
Nowadays, Jon can still be found playing in venues from the size of a “BCM/Ministry Of Sound” to a small intimate bar as well as been a featured DJ at Margate Soul Festival, Luxury Soul Weekend in Blackpool, Soul Family Affair Weekend, Hunstanton, Norfolk as well as the Salou Soul Holiday, Costa Dorada in Spain, BolSoul, Croatia, Lagoona Soul, Hisaronu, Turkey as well as been one of the residents @ Sweet Sensation, Love Injection and Ruby Soul and the skill and the passion is still very much there for all to see and enjoy.
